Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Any rent not paid as of the 2nd of the month is subject to a 5 day notice to vacate. Any rent not paid by the 5th of the month will be assessed a $50.00 late fee.

RENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
To pay your rent in person or mail: stop by our office within business hours. We accept checks and money orders. Office Hours (M-F) 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
To drop off rent after closing hours, feel free to use rent drop slot. Phone us during office hours if you need further assistance at (414)482-7476.
Directions: Turn south at 10th Street off of Layton Avenue, directly West of El Fuego Restaurant or if your on South 6th Street, 2 blocks West off of 6th Street. On the corner of 10th and Carpenter.
ACH
Automatic Checking Account payments can be made monthly by you or set it up as a recurring payment. Recurring ACH payments can be scheduled up to an including the 3rd of the month to not be considered late. (updated 2/8/18)

CREDIT CARD
We accept all major credit cards. There will be a 3% transaction fee added to your payment for this option.

CASH
We DO NOT accept cash payments in our office. However, if you wish to pay in cash, CLICK HERE for instructions on how you can use a CheckFreePay location to pay in cash. There is a $4.00 fee for this service. You will need to obtain a cash pay number from our office the first time you use this service. This is a different number than your account number.
