Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Any rent not paid as of the 2nd of the month is subject to a 5 day notice to vacate.
Any rent not paid by noon on the 5th of the month will be assessed a $75.00 late fee.

To pay your rent in person or mail: stop by our office within business hours. We accept cashiers checks, personal checks and money orders. Office Hours (M-F) 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Directions: We are located directly between Festival Foods and Burger King right off of Highway 100 and Grange Ave.
